After all the things they show on the tv, can somebody tell me how the situation is in the south of Italy? Is it really so bad with the rubish on the streets not beeing collected?   | ||

I have been to camping Baia Domizia lately and I can confirm that there is no waste management disorder, and indeed waste collection is handled efficiently, now as always. Television shows a lot of problems and mountains of rubish along the streets but I asure you that Campania province is doeing everything to keep the streets clean. Please remember that the immages you see on the televsion are always the same and the south of Italy is not just Naples!! | ||

Hey, I was in Rimini for the month of June this year. Really though it was pretty, although yea, it acn get a bit smelly some of the time. The seafront was excellent tho and I would reccommend it to anyone who likes a mixture of sun, sand and sea!
